Pavilion-Covington Recycling Program

Hours of Operation:
Wednesday - 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
(These hours are from May 1st - November 30th.)
and
Saturday - 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
(These hours are all year.)

We encourage everyone to participate in our recycling attempts. The ultimate goal of any comprehensive waste management program is to recycle!
Items accepted free of charge are:

Plastic: rinsed, flattened.
Glass: rinsed (labels may be left on).
Tin: clean, rinsed, flattened.
Newspapers: securely bundled and tied.
Paper products and cardboard: securely bundled and tied

Metal: placed in metal pile (please no other refuse in metal pile or we will have to close this service)

The attendant on duty will assist you in any way possible and has the right to refuse any recyclable product not in compliance with the requirements set forth.

Laws regarding illegal roadside dumping will be strictly enforced and punishable with no less than a $250.00 fine. If anyone has knowledge of violators, please contact one of the town officials or board members.

TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED FROM THE TOWN CLERK DURING NORMAL HOURS.

Fee Schedule for Dumpster Service:

$ 3.00 per 30 gallon garbage bag.
$ 6.00 per over sized garbage bag.
$10.00 burn barrel.
$ 6.00 large chair.
$12.00 couches, box springs, mattresses, etc.
$4.00 passenger tires must be off rim.
$8.00 truck tires, must be off rim.
$20.00 refrigerators and freezer.
$40.00 pick-up loads.

NO refuse deposit when dumpster is closed.
