NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Pavilion Zoning Board of Appeals regarding an application by Eric Fulkerson for an Area Variance on a parcel of land located at 10119 Pavilion Center Road. in the Town of Pavilion, NY. Tax Map #5.-1-26.114.
Said hearing will be held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at the Pavilion Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:10 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be heard. Written comments will be accepted prior to that date. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Hall for review.
