Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Pavilion Zoning Board of Appeals regarding an application by Sarah Sweeney for an Area Variance on a parcel of land located at 9846 Asbury in the Town of Pavilion NY. Tax Map #3.-1-8.1.
Said hearing will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 at the Pavilion Town Hall, 1 Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 pm at which time all interested persons will be heard. Written comments will be accepted prior to that date. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Hall for review.
