HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Town Board of the
Town of Pavilion, Genesee
County, New York, will
meet in the Town Hall, in
Pavilion, New York, in said
Town, on May 17th, 2023,
at 7:00 o’clock P.M.,
Prevailing Time, for the
purpose of conducting a
public hearing upon a local
law updating the Town of
Pavilion Zoning Law.
At said public hearing said
Town Board will hear all
persons interested in the
subject matter thereof.
